1.Basic Information
Yihai Dabo (Dalian) Glass Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dalian Yihai Enterprise Group with a registered capital of RMB 30 million yuan. The company is located in Liangjiadian Street, Free Trade Zone, Jinpu New District, Dalian, Liaoning Province. It is also the  former Dalian Glass Factory, which was one of the glass cradle in China. The factory covers an area of about 100,000 square meters, including a total construction area of about 37,000 square meters covering factory buildings, warehouses and office buildings with modern scientific layouts. The Company has a float glass production line that with high degree of automation. It is capable of maintaining stable supply of various types of colorless high-quality float glass, body-colored float glass, on-line coated glass (at a thickness of 3-12mm), can to the most extent meet the needs of construction engineering glass and industrial glass.
The Company has a mature professional  technology and management team, with a scientific organization structure and efficient process management. There are 5 production departments including the combined float glass workshop, the raw materials workshop and the public utilities workshop, and 6 management departments, such as supply and marketing department, comprehensive management department, logistics center and quality supervision department. The company has309 employees.

 

2.Production Status
In October 2018, in order to fulfill social responsibility and sove the local employment, Dalian Yihai Enterprise Group actively responded to the call of the government to restructure the float glass production line (first built in 2004 and had been suspended for 4 years by then) and invested more than RMB 200 million yuan in technical upgrades and transformation required for resumed production. Mainly combined with the industry's advanced process technology and equipment level, the Company upgraded and modified the melting and forming sections, annealing kiln, online defect detection on cold end section, automated stacking, etc. and added new facilities such as the new central control room (with Emerson DCS system from the US ), environmental protection desulfurization and denitration equipment and glass packaging manipulator  (KUKA, Germany) and other auxiliary production equipment. All three core management systems of DCS, PLC and ERP help improve the automation control of the production line and invocing managment. By technological transformation and upgrading, the intervention fo human factores in the production process is greatly reduced, , which effectively ensured product quality, reduced labor intensity of workers, improved production efficiency and improved the level of environmental protection and safety security.
In August 2019, the production line after the transformation and upgrading was officially put into operation. It took only 3 months to achieve the production standard and abtained the test report issued by the National Glass Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and the whole test reached the float glass GB11614-2009.

3.Our Advantages
The company is located in the Dalian area of the Liaoning Free Trade Zone, and is the only professional manufacturer of float glass for the construction and industry in Dalian, Its products radiate to the whole northeast region and Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia and etc. The company is close to the port of Dalian, and its products can be sold to coastal cities in Southern China and foreign markets with significant maritime advantages.
Dalian Yihai Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yihai Group, has the largest glass deep processing line in Dalian, which can be used to process and produce insulating glass, laminated glass, and tempered glass and etc.. So that our company's float glass can achieve self-production and processing and one-marketing process, broaden the sales channels and direction of our company.
