1.Basic Information
Yihai Dabo (Dalian) Glass Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dalian Yihai Enterprise Group with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. Located in Liangjiadian Street, Free Trade Zone, Jinpu New District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, the Company is built on the old site of former Dalian Glass Factory, which was one of the forerunners for China's glass industry. The factory covers an area of about 100,000 square meters, including a total construction area of about 37,000 square meters covering factory buildings, warehouses and office buildings with modern scientific layouts. The Company has a float glass production line that with high degree of automation. It is capable of maintaining stable supply of various types of colorless high-quality float glass, body-colored float glass, on-line coated glass (at a thickness of 3-12mm), will to the most extent meet the corresponding architectural engineering and industrial needs.
The Company boasts a technology and management team with professional and experienced members, a scientific organization structure and efficient process management. It has 5 production departments including the combined float glass workshop, the raw materials workshop and the utilities workshop, as well as, 6 management departments including sales and marketing department, comprehensive management department, logistics center, and quality supervision department. Currently 309 employees are placed on posts in the production line.

 

2.Production Status
To fulfill social responsibility, resolve local employment issues and actively respond to government calls, in October 2018, Dalian Yihai Enterprise Group reorganized the float glass production line (first built in 2004 and had been suspended for 4 years by then) by investing more than RMB 200 million for technical upgrades and transformation required for resumed production. Mainly based on the industry's advanced process technology and equipment design, the Company upgraded and modified the melting and forming sections, annealing kiln, online defect detection on cold end section, automated stacking, etc. and added new facilities such as the new central control room (with Emerson DCS system from the US ), environmental desulfurization and denitrification equipment and packaging robots (KUKA, Germany) as well as other auxiliary production equipment. All three core management systems of DCS, PLC and ERP help improve the automation control of the production line and management of incoming and outgoing inventory. By technological transformation and upgrading, the Company has greatly reduced human intervention in the production process, which help effectively ensure product quality, reduce labor intensity of workers, improve production efficiency and the level of environmental protection and safety protection.
The upgraded production line was officially put into operation in August 2019. It took only 3 months for it to achieve the production and quality goals. According to the test report issued by the National Glass Quality Supervision and Testing Center, products made in the production line passed all requirements under the GB11614-2009 "flat glass" standard.

Located in the Dalian area of the Liaoning Free Trade Zone, the Company is the only local manufacturer specializing in the production of float glass for the construction and industry sectors, with product distribution network covering the entire Northeast China and provinces including Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia etc. Situated near the port of Dalian, the Company enjoys significant shipping advantages for sales of products to coastal cities in Southern China and foreign markets.
Dalian Yihai Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yihai Group, owns one of the largest down-stream glass processing lines in Dalian, which can be used to process and produce insulating glass, laminated glass, and tempered glass. With its help, we can achieve the whole-process operation in the field of float glass products from production, processing to sales, expanding the space for our development and marketing.
